Cvs! What do we think we are ? A bunch of people who have no brains. I have news. Some of us are not going to believe the crap you are saying and showing . Today through SS's dialouge you wanted to reason that there are conditions where BIGAMY might be accepted in the family. You said that if the first wife does not report the husband will not be arrested and the second wife will have rights. YOU ARE WRONG. BIGAMY IS ILLEGAL According to the law anybody who is sensible can file a complain. Filing a complain is not limited to Kesar only. The person who has commited will be arrested and in this case Arushi will be arrested too bacause she pursued him knowing that he was married and will be charged with alienation of affection from the first spouse.

: Illegal for Hindus, Sikhs, Christians, Buddhist, and Jain followers. Allowed for Muslims, provided the husband takes written permission from his previous wives. This permission is documented at the time of the Nikah and forms part of the Nikah-nama (agreement of Nikah). Currently however, the government is debating whether to remove the requirement to obtain permission from the previous wives.

However, someone has to file a COMPLAINT , the 1st wife or her family members, for the police and the courts to take action....

In the current track, obviously Kesar is going to do no such thing... lets see what Prats (and CVs) do.....

According to the law it does not have to be complained by Kesar. A third person can complain.Matter of fact any one can complain.

I always doubted Krishna's ability to understand grave situations. Do you remember a couple of weeks back there were numerous threads saying Krishna has become " Joru ka gulam" ? I bet he is not. He conveniently supports her when he feels like. I feel for Pr ats. She has ended up in a bad place. She should just leave and go to Lucknow and start working. Enough.
