Tumhari Disha to get justice !!

Tumhari Disha is soon to get another disha, with the help of two lawyers who enter the plot next month. Raavee Gupta and Manav Kaul are the actors chosen to play the two legal eagles in the Zee show, produced by Filmfarm Productions.

"Both Raavee and Manav play interesting cameos. There will be a court case coming up in Disha's life. Manav will represent Disha, while the opposing counsel will be Raavee.Both of them are excellent artistes and they will take a very interesting stand in the show," says producer Rupali Guha.

Manav Kaul, who played the lead protagonist among the dimunitive characters in the Jaaved Jaaferi starrer Jajantaram Mamantaram, is quite excited about his new assignment.

"I play a lawyer who helps Disha to rescue her husband, DK. It is similar to Sunny Deol's role in Damini," says Manav, who has acted in TV shows like Bhabhi (he played a devar) and will also be seen in Amrit Sagar's new film 1971. This theatre actor-director will begin shooting from 22 March for the show.

Tumhari Disha is the story of Disha, played by Chhavi Mittal, who marries DK to save the family from impending bankruptcy and to pay her debts towards her foster family.

Thanks Xen. I think I have seen this actress Raavee Gupta in serial Sansaar. She played the girl who was living in America and she was girlfriend of Anoop Soni who was married to Divya Dutta.

Mayaji...she acted in lot of serials...i dont remember the names of those but seen her a lot..she is an experienced actress... 😊

Thanks Neelam for confirming. Her face looked familiar and then I suddenly recollected that I had seen her in Sansaar.

Jyothi, I see only Zee here so I havent seen any other serial from other channels but I saw her in Sansaar and she was nice.

I used to like Sansaar...Zee showed very nice dramas in those days ,,each with it's unique story...
this girl acts well...together with Manv Kaul...should be able to give a boost to the courtroom scenes.

It is true Mona, all these old serials like Kartavya, Sanskaar, Sansaar and many others were very good.

Zee is trying to follow star plus programmes too much...saas-bahu...family tradition and rona dhona..
hence losing it's own identity.

The fact is that only we here in Europe likes to see Zee but in India people dont see Zee but only Star plus and Star plus are winning most of the awards therefore to win the viewership in India Zee has to compete with Star plus and they are trying to follow their track and loosing their originality. The viewers in India only like to see lots of rona dhona, lots of drama and tarak bharak.
