This isn't really a KaJen specific post but just a general topic on some of the brilliant acting we've seen in DMG. Some of these actors have really taken scenes to another level.

Of course I have to kick-start with the two actors who IMO have performed some of the best scenes I've ever witnessed. Leaving the final confession aside, the LR 'Haq' scene room between KaJen comes to my mind instantly:

Right from the first shot where we see a poised Riddhima sitting on the bench till the end where she runs of sobbing, the scene had a certain unexplainable magic to it. It was the perfect example of acting and reacting. First Armaan softly explains that he's not hurt, she's made the right decision by choosing Sid while Riddhima listens to him. Then Riddhima asks 'Can I say something?' and Armaan as usual obeys her every command. The dialogue delivery in this scene really made the difference. Just listen to how KSG explains Armaan's recent behaviour...'Kya karu? Pagal hu but I really love you'. There was so much honesty in the way expressed his feelings and you could tell that Riddhima was appreciating his love for her. There was a silent satisfaction on her face. Then of course came some of the most intense words spoken by JW in the form of.. 'Riddhima ko lagta hai ke Arman sirf uska hai'. The expressions thereafter were unexplainable and overwhelming.

I could go on and on about the scene but it'd be nice for others to share scenes where they thought the acting was above ordinary. As I said, its not a KaJen restricted topic so anyone is welcome but NO BASHING please. Just stick to the scene you want talk about.

wow....a good topic in the forum after ages......

i'm obviousely going to talk about AR/kajens brilliant acting skills....

for me one of the scenes were they both outdone themselves

was when.......riddhima broke down infront of armaan and said......."ARMAAN TUM ITNE ACHE KYUN HO".....

dammmmnnnnnnn that scene gave me goosebumps...

i loved how in that scene armaan was crying away silently and riddhima/jennifer just reacting from him.....woooooow!

and then the way armaan picks her up from the ground and gives her the strength to decide for herself......

KaJen were amazing in that scene......and they portrayed the history and comfort level that armaan and riddhima share.......

ok i can go on about that scene.....so im gonna stop here!

if anyone has a link to that scene plz post it....

Nice topic.
There are actually so many especially my fav couple AR.
I'll have to recollect and i'll add to this.
The two above mentioned scenes are among them.

Totally agree with you on that Reemz^^ that scene made me cry .

I have my favorite scenes from all jodis of AR and one from Rahul which i found extremely well performed

For Armaan Riddhima- the most momentous occasions brought about the best

FOr me the acting was superb in
1) The Scene during KSG SA times when RIddhima is stitching up his wounds - the one with Armaan in the patient's uniform and Riddhima about to say something- That was AWESOME
Cos it had No dialogues per se- just the raw emotions- the girl hesitating yet wanting to say it, the guy- all knowing and wanting to hear it

That was one of my favorites in terms of acting in those times

2) During KASu times-
I dunno why i feel so but the cutest scene with them - the one where Armaan is tired and Riddhima comes up and hugs him from behind and then takes him into the storeroon LOL and then he sees Shashank and then Riddhima goes HAWWWW :P and then the cute smiles

That was one of the times where anyone- even if they had not been folllowing DMG would see the level of comfort AR shared and of course how cute they were towards each other!

3) KaJen times:

My one favorite scene from KaJen times is a wrong question to ask- i love all of them but the best acting for me HAS HAS HAS to be the final scene- the Asmaani confession - no one does it as beautifully as Jen, his crying like a baby( you wanna go hug him) and then the hugs and the way they calm down .
AWESOMEEEEEEEEEEEE

And one more sceneeee ( please please please let me finish my lambaa comment LOL) :Though it was a very very very sad scene but i loved how Rahul understood what Armaan was going through when Riddhima was going away from Lonavala after giving him the letter that she thought AR werent meant to be
The way he looks and judges all of Armaan's fake smiles and all and then gives him the toffee or whatever :P
I loved that- for no reason in particular :-)

When it comes to DMG and its actors I dont think we can stop .

But I shall like Ishi write about scenes from KaSh KaSu and KaJen times.

1.I really like the scene when Armaan was broken after seeing Mini in a serious state and Riddhima gets food for him.She had been stubborn he was angry now she was being patient and he stubborn.But she behaves like a good friend and makes him eat and tries to take away all his fears.Armaan's fears shown beautifully through one tear that seeps out of his eyes when she feeds him .

2.Kasu times - There are many but the first that always comes to my mind is the bomb incident ,when Riddhima is stranded and Armaan wants to stay with her and even being in the most helpless situation she wants him to go away rather then asking him to be with her.Armaan puts up his life at risk to be with her and even while he is assuring her you can see his red bloodshot eyes full of fear of losing her.

Another scene I love is when Shashank has got to know about AR and Riddhima pulls Armaan to the FE and they hug each other due to the pain longing and trial they have to go through.They dont have much to say but the way they express their love is so well done.

3.When it comes to KaJen there is so much to say and I dont know which to pick because tbh I cant just pick one.Let me try though.

I think all throughout DMG I had always wanted to see Riddhima pamper Armaan like a baby because Armaan always been shown lonely .So the scene after the boxing match with Abhi when he is injured I love the way Riddhima caresses and pampers him .She expresses her love without no bounds .

And ofcourseee the scene that I love the most and that no other scene can compete with is the final reunion.

It has to be the best scene ever.Riddhima proposing Armaan,wiping his tears and taking the intiative and from breaking down and coming back to lifee Jen and KSG respectively enacted this scene like no one could ever have.

If it hadnt been for them the reunion wouldnt be complete for me.

I LOVE ur topic Reemu .

And the scene you mentioned was so well enacted too .Their eyes spoke all and Armaans dialogue "'Kya karu? Pagal hu but I really love you'" and Riddhimas 'Riddhima ko lagta hai ke Arman sirf uska hai'

they'll be eteched in my mind forever.

That was indeed a very emotional scene and there were so many emotional scenes this year that touched my heart and brought tears to my eyes. But, there was one particular scene where I actually tears rolling down my face and just the thought of it made me cry. Even now, I have tears in my eyes right now thinking about it.
It was riddhima's birthday this year and even though they weren't together, they still remembered each other. Riddhima had this need for armaan to be there for her and armaan just wanted to be there for her, even though it hurt him. Both were remembering her last birthday when they were together, happy and very much in love. They both were remembering the same things, drawing the similarities to the birthday party then and the birthday now. Then theirblood shot eyes met, and they had that look on their face that they knew exactly what each other eas thinking. They knew they were thinking the same thinking and how that had been a much better time. They both had that longing that this birthday should have been the same as her last.
The entire birthday track just reminded me of the song 'tu jaane na', especiaaly 'milke bhi hum na mile'. But the last part of the song went perfectly with that eyelock I just mentioned (i'll write it in english):
Even though you became someone else's you never became a stranger to me
I pity it and this heart even crys

Wow!! Great topic, Reemz!

For me the top 5 scenes were (in order of preference):

1. The scene when Armaan comes face to face with Riddhima for the first time after their shootout.

2. The one in which Sid confronts both Armaan and Riddhima regarding the tent scene, then how Armaan justifies and Riddhima stops both of them from killing each other.

3. The bomb blast scene.

4. The shootout.

5. Tujh mein Rab dikhta hai.

God..Superb Post but difficult question...

I guess I am sure going to keep commenting on this topic all the time...

I am Fan of all kajen scene but for time being ..I would love to talk about this scene...

I love ARmaan outburst of his feeling to Riddhima..His venting feelings talking toll on Riddhima...He telling her that she has moved on..But her expression saying she is still there were He has left her..

Ahhh I just love this scene.....

N somehow Shilpa presence added the favor of more sadness in the scene as ARmaan didnt care how was around but just wanted to take all things out from him to Riddhima
