STAR still on top; Colors closes gap

SAB starts to worry Sony

STAR Plus continued to rule, despite slipping by 19 GRPs and Colors gaining by 11 GRPs in Week 47 (TAM, GEC, CS4+).

STAR Plus delivered 354 GRPs, 63 GRPs ahead of Colors with 291 GRPs.

The gap between Colors and third placed Zee TV increased to 83 GRPs, with Zee delivering 208 GRPs.

SAB TV whittled away at the gap between itself and Sony, as SAB delivered 145 GRPs (up 8 GRPs) and Sony 169 GRPs (down 20 GRPs).

NDTV Imagine was steady at 101 GRPs, down 4.

This is teh week where the new show gulaal takes over bidaaii after Bidaaii reached the number one position.

am sure Star would have dropped and it has by 19 points according to teh article...

I think there will be touch competition for Star in the coming weeks..

Yes Shanti, this is despite launch of new show and Ita Milestone awards on 14th nov 2010.Very clever of Starplus to show Ita awards.

Star Plus slipped 19 points without Bidaai!! They tried making up for Bidaai's absence thru' the ITA awards...afterall, the Bidaai stars were a part of it too!

Star Plus deserves this for not extending Bidaai.Let the channel slip more for taking Bidaai off from 9PM Slot.Atleast lets now Hope they come up with season 2 with ANGINI soon.
