Devils Den:ILU ke badle dupatta free.

Hello everyone!

The episode as many call a filler episode, was an average one. Though I did not feel it was a filler, but rather a foundation for what is to come. They needed to set up for the Naintara's plan. That was the main point of the episode today. We cannot expect a masterpiece every day, but we can expect some sensibility and good execution. This is a daily soap, which will soon go six days a week. I hope that they can manage. I wouldn't like for them to give us mediocre episodes everyday to keep up with the workload. So CV's please pay close attention to what you are presenting. Execution is very important. You can hand us a delicious chocolate cake but if it has dirt on it, no one will call it delicious!

The episode begins with Geet in the elevator, praying to her Babaji that she does not make a fool of herself in front of Maan. Where was the continuation from yesterday's epi? I vividly remember a precap with Maan asking Geet to say the three clichd words, "I Love You". Why did we not see that scene? I know there was more to it! It seems that continuation has somehow gone for a toss. Mr. Editor is always sleeping on the job. Why, oh why can't he stop with the pathetic editing? That "Say I love you" scene in Maan's cabin seemed more passionate that what we saw today! What I don't understand is why they are in a hurry and chop of scenes. They are going 6 days a week, I think now they can afford a few extra scenes here and there!

The "you first" game needs to be played well. First off, lets not forget they are not kids. That mean so childish scenes over this. Lets have some mature cat and mouse chase with this. I like what I saw so far. Secondly, they don't really need an "ILU", but I don't mind it. I think they might need to say it at this point, just to clear the ground. The word "ehsaas" was the name given to their feelings, now it should be given the name "pyar". Geet is right; Maan needs to say it first. He hasn't said it himself, but he wants her to say it. Not fair, but then again, "all is fair in love and war."

Costume designer, what were you thinking with Pindi Queen's outfit? What was she wearing exactly? The outfit was just horrible. I've noticed that every new cameo that comes in get atrocious costumes! I still remember those horrible clothes Rasika Rathore wore. Meera is dressed in harem pants that do not go with her top, and rompers that look like you bought from the thrift store. You dress Sasha and Tasha as if they are going to a club, instead of professional office attire. The only characters you dress nicely are Geet, Maan, Dev, and Daadi. In the western clothes department it's a bit lacking. We need sophisticated attire for the characters. With that said, I loved Geet and Maan's costumes. They were dressed in royal blue, my favorite shade.

Naintara, Sasha, and Pindi are set out to keep Maan and Geet away from each other. I wonder how long they can keep that up. I do not think Mein Stalking Karta (MSK) will stay away from his Gith too long.

I think one of these things will happen on this front'.

- Naintara did not tell Pindi the entire story behind her enmity with Geet, therefore I feel she may somehow find out the entire truth and switch allegiances.
- Maan remembers Pindi from somewhere. Maybe he might have a stroke of genius and remember exactly from where and run to save Geet.
- They say Geet is having a miscarriage; she may have one but only for show. What I'm saying is Naintara needs to think the baby is gone, that way she will not harm the baby. I think there might be some sort of twist. I don't think Maan made all those promises to Geet for nothing. He is bound to fulfill those one day. Last week, Geet said her waaris needs him, and Maan has made many promises saying that Geet and the baby are his responsibility. Its time to prove that he is capable of being the father of her child.

Notice how in every scenario they baby stays. =))

Since Daadi was introduced, I finally saw that intelligent woman back today. I felt she was being used as a prop the past few weeks. She finally stepped up with some good advice for Dev. Thank you for that! I would like to see Daadi play this sort of role and be a good support for Maan and Geet. Lets keep her intelligent! One question though, does she know Geet is pregnant with Dev's child? I think she does, but there was never a clear indication.

Tug of war with the dupatta - It was a cute scene, but it lacked that usual oomph and intensity.

There is too much Maaaahhiiiii over load! I was not able hear the dialogues properly, because of that incessant Maaaahhhhiiiii shrieking! I think that BG score needs to be toned down and there needs to be less maahi. Hearing it very second of the show is becoming a real pain. I think its time to do a variation on Maahi, a softer and more musical one. Also getting a new voice to sing would be great. The current tune has been over used and it's much too vociferous.

Gurmeet and Drashti were good. Though I felt they could have done the dupatta scene much better. Gurmeet should keep his stubble light like the Hoshiarpur days. His hair has also grown. He needs a trim and should keep eating and gain some more weight. Though he looked much healthier today. Drashti is adorable as always. =)

Overall a 7/10. Could have been much better. It lacked that usual passion.

About the MC news that has been the talk ...I would put my mind in front of you...

1. The struggle for life Geet has endured from her family is because of this baby..

2. She fought tooth and nail just to save her baby..

3. She never was willing to abort her baby

4. She moved to Delhi to start a new life for this baby...

5. She backed out of getting the DNA test for the safety of her baby

6. Maan saving Geet's life may be destiny but he never knew that while saving her he is saving the baby too...

7. She has mentioned the importance of the baby to Maan twice during her serious relationship conversation

a. When she reveals her story about marriage and pregnancy (September 17th episode)

b. When she confesses that she has feelings for Maan , is unsure if she has the right to include him in her life with her responsibilities towards the baby...(September 29th episode)

Anything precious to Geet will be precious to MaanThe baby is Geet's whole existence... with or without Maan ...she can never let go of the baby...and I expect that CV's should keep the baby safe...This is my thought on the whole issue..

While I say this I also understand the so called practical implications of bringing a baby/infant on the set... if actors are falling ill left, right and center... I would not prefer for a baby/infant to suffer the same...In that scenario if CV's are interested in pursuing the Miscarriage/abortion track they should bring the point of Teenage/underage pregnancy to forefront.. and explain the complications involved....The decision to keep the baby was Geet's ...again let it be her decision to let it go as well... due to medical complications.....

But showing miscarriage due to some bodily harm done to Geet by Nayantara does not justify Geet's fight... I would strongly detest such move from CV's... the whole essence of GHSP dies there with the baby....

Relation is supposed to move forward by saying ILU! Isn't it moving backwards that way? Haven't we done that in the outside-the-tent date? Wasn't that I love you from MSK? And wasn't taveez giving Geet's declaration of love?

Creatives please let your lead actors remember that date. And if you need ideas on how to move the relationship between MSK and Geet forward then do read the dens of previous they may CONvince you to try something new!😉

ILU kehdo, dupatta lai lo, ILU kehdo, dupatta lai lo:

The dupatta manipulation had gone missing for some time. Now the dupatta wanted more coverage and thought that enough footage was not being given to it.

Geet says that what if office people see me without the dupatta?? But where are the office people.😲 The area they both are standing in is normally teeming with people, what happened today? Coffee break? Yeh Maan singh Khurana k office mai kya ho raha hai?😡😡

Note: both of them do get to know that they are going somewhere.

- There is no more ILU nonsense, we want a mature conversation. They can do the 'first you' thing for something else!

- Geet stops being overly coy and shy near MSK. I need to see a more daring Geet.

- MSK does something really nice for Geet.

- Geet gets a wardrobe change. It shouldnt be so difficult to get shakwar suits of different types.
