Loved it all. Karan Thacker did an AMAZING job. His phone convo with khanak while in jail was sooooo well portrayed. every emotion, every mixed feeling, the pain and love... karan out does himself every time.
props to CVs for writing a great script and creating these scenarios. it's soo close to real life. (of course there's added drama here) but life isn't about black and white, and it certainly isn't rosy all the time. people are complex, situations are complex, it isn't easy to communicate. often without even realizing it, you distance yourself from the people you love the most. it could be because you want to protect them, you don't want to burden them...and soon the unspoken just thickens the air...it's there always. ...people have pasts, and often a past is heavy to carry....
i can't seem to express it but i can most definitely relate to Shaan. and it has nothing to do with his particular scenario, but the similarity in carrying something that's burdensome.
maybe you guys can better express what i'm trying to say.
RBO just pushed themselves up a notch. And i'm sure the new track will be great too. I'm glad it's this show that is taking on the Rock On story and not some other lame show that'll do injustice to it. Just compare RBO to so many other shows, even within Star One. It does some great comedy, but you never think that things are just completely out of wack...it always comes back grounded in some great concepts. And the level of that scene between Sunil and Shaan? Brilliantly directly. ANd karan was soooooooooooo good!
