because when she was pregnant earlier, she had an mis carriage, which the doctor said if she gets pregnant again she will be risking her life....so she started taking birth controll pills, but her husband changed her pills, because he wants a baby boy so he can get the whole business of anurags family instead of Anurags son

But then this is BT...where they show ritesh replacing birth control pills (in bottles😆) 3 times during the 10 days of puja 🤣.....does ananya consume them by the bottleful? 🤣 so forget abt straightforward solutions like that! 😆
