Nikkhil Chaddha plays lead in Geeta

Nikhil Chaddha who debuted with Swarg on Colors and is currently seen in STAR One's Miley Jab Hum Tum has been finalised to play the male lead in Shreya Creations' Geeta on Zee TV.

Chaddha has been finalised to play the character named Prince on the show. The show also features Sargun Mehta of Karol Bagh fame as the protagonist.

Informs our source, "Everybody is tightlipped about the confirmation of Nikkhil Chaddha. He will be playing Prince on the show who is a handsome guy with the right kind of attitude. Sargun will play the title role of Geeta. The show will air in the early evening time slot of the channel. the channel is introducing a new time band for fictions from 6:00 to 7:00 pm."

When contacted, Nikkhil declined the news and didn't even acknowledge being approached by the production house. Surprisingly, producer Sheel Kumar confirmed the news.

After his not so impressive stint in Swarg, we hope Geeta finally manages to give the much needed boost to his career.

Wow He got a new show already hope we see the MJHT team soon in new shows once it ends this week

i would like to congratulate nikkhil firstly...

Mostly every actor after leaving mjht gets a lead role... Take it as Anupriya, nishant and now nikkhil.. Mjht seems to be very advantageous for actors... Seems like an actor grows by his level as an actor after playing a character in mjht!! mjht has made many actors attain fame and success... one can also say ,mjht is lucky!!

wish channel can understand this.. but i guess channel will soon understand this after this lucky charm won't be with them!! and i so want channel to regret on their decision of ending mjht!!

oh.. where m i taking a turn from nikkhil to channel.. bunk it!!
