UD is Prem.
Well, Prem was kidnapped as a child by Apo*na I think and was brought up by her for 20 years as UD. Then, Prerna and Anurag discover their son, and Prerna rechristins her son as Prem Prerna Sharma. UD is the evil side and Prem is the good side. Supposedly.
