15 Park Ave - ending does not make sense!

The ending was rather weird. I kept waiting for her to come out or something but the movie ended abruptly - I guess the director didn't know what to do with the character.
Or maybe they wanted to show that she was living in a dream world of her own and she becomes one with it!

I wish they had ended it differently and shown her coming out - satisfied in finding the house she is supposedly looking for.

I have stretched my imagination in every direction and the only thing that makes sense is that she disappeared into another time dimension....but this was not a sci-fi film. Search me, Aparna Sen seems to have lost it with the bizarre and illogical conclusion to an otherwise interesting movie! 😕

Nope. the ending totally makes sense.

There cudnt have been a better ending.

Basically they were trying to show that she finally got lost in her own world. And this was the only way she could gain justice. Coz the life she was living was her own life.. and she deserved to get her home and her family although it was all her delusion.

I think Aparna sen did full justice to the ending of the movie and to Meethi. If they had shown her dead or recovered, she wouldnt hv been able to gain tht much satisfaction then to get back her own family and her own home in 15 Park Avenue.

Ps. it was a fantastic film. Konkona Sen and Shabana Azmi were just PERFECT.
