But, in this case, he saw, met, fell in love with Arpi and abducted her from her wedding, all without B having any inkling of it. And when she finally got to know and created the big hullaballo, he stayed true to the promises he had made to Arpi and offered to leave the haveli.

This display of strength and quiet conviction, has deeply disturbed the balance of power between Avi and B, perhaps forever.
