Yashashree loves supernatural

Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani on STAR One deals with a unique subject – a love story between a human being and a supernatural character.

We caught up with some popular TV actors and found out their views about the show and whether they would like to see more supernatural characters on TV.

Anita Hasnandani, the host of Comedy Circus says, "I have seen some episodes of Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani and really loved the theme. I would like to wish the team good luck and hope the show does well". Khanak aka Yashashri Masurkar says, "I have seen some parts of the show and think it is a good show". Uday aka Jaskaran Singh quips, "I do not even get time to watch my own show Miley Jab Hum Tum but yes, I have seen some parts of Pyaar Ki Ye Ek Kahaani and the show looks good". Vikas Sethi seems to be impressed with the show, as he says, "Shows with supernatural themes are now being made, which is a good development. Money that was being spent on a whole year of a show in earlier years, is now being spent on the production of one episode. We should make full use of the modern technology available to us to make our soaps grander".

Speaking about shows with supernatural theme, Yashashri laughs, "I love watching movies and shows on the supernatural. I hide under the blanket while watching such shows but watch them all the same". Anita Hasnandani too opines that such shows are a refreshing change from the usual shows on TV. "Such shows are different from the usual saas-bahu stuff that we have got used to seeing on TV", says the actress. Vikas Sethi too believes that new concepts should be encouraged. "We should experiment and try something different, so yes I would like to see many such shows with unique themes on TV". Romeo aka Abhihek Sharma quips "I enjoy movies and shows with supernatural characters in them . 'The Ingenious' is one of the movies that I enjoyed most".

It definitely looks like it is not just the fans but even TV stars love Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani.
