I am quite angry, disturbed with all that I heard from my friend yesterday. After hearing all that happened with Rajeev I have come to some conclusions. Please do go through what I have to say.
We all are saying that we'll ask Ekta to bring Rajeev back. But is this right. Let Ekta first realise her mistake and herself make the decision to bring Rajeev back. Only then will Rajeev get his respect back from everyone there.
He has been insulted by Balaji's. I have first hand report who has seen the whole drama from close quaters. And he says that no self respecting man would have stayed after the way he was treated. And now if he comes back just to keep our heart then It willbe very very bad for him. he'll be again treated badly by the creative team.
Those people think they are the best in the industry. They are under the (mis)conception that it was due to them that the serial was a hit. So first that has to be changed. Only then Rajeev can get back his respect there. But before that he should not come back.
Just tell me.... if you your office you are ordered that either follow this or leave the office. You know what you are being asked to do is wrong, will you do it. Will you listen to it and just gulp down the insult. Atleast I won't and so Rajeev left the serial. And I feel he now should never come back here.
My friend has seen everything and he says that Rajeev was having a horrible time for many days. Twice even Aamna has been treated with such language. Success has gone into the heads of the creative unit people of KTH. Let them first get the jhatka only then will they realise their mistakes.
So friends please first think all this carefully before taking any steps. I think it's better if now these two work in a different production campany than here at Balaji's. A place where he was insulted in such a manner.
And also I am trying my level best to contact Rajeev and ask him to visit the forum once. When it's finalised will let you all know.
