Bhagyavidhaata gets new leads
Buzz up!

Sabki Jodi Wahi Banata – Bhagyavidhaata is soon going to introduce a leap of 20 years and the leads of the show Richa Soni and Vishal Karwal (Bindiya and Vinay) will pass on the mantle to new characters.

As the show progresses two decades ahead in time, the story too will shift to new characters played by Deepti Devi, Manasvi Vyas and Wasim. Devi is making a comeback after her show Parivaar went off-air three years ago.

Informs our source from the show, "Deepti who played the lead in Parivaar, Wasim of Karol Bagh fame and Manasvi who was last seen in STAR One's Miley Jab Hum Tum will play the new leads on the show. Deepti and Manasvi will play Sakshi and Purva respectively. There will be huge drama around Sakshi as she accidentally gets married to Bindiya's son which is apparently going to be played by Wasim. Manasvi shares her destiny with Bindiya as she too will not be accepted by her husband post marriage."

Confirming the news, Deepti says, "I am playing Sakshi who is an intelligent, bright and well-raised girl. She doesn't speak in chaste Bihari, but uses clear Hindi while conversing with other characters.

The role is strong, prominent and is the protagonist of the show. I was always wary of becoming a part of the leap but when Umesh Yamgarr, who is the casting director of the show convinced me saying that this is a strong and prominent character, I had to take it up."

Informs Manasvi, "I am playing SP's daughter who will be adopted by Bindiya. Contrary to Bindiya's familiy's suspicion, she wasn't going around with my father. She will now adopt me and I would grow up to become exactly like her. Even our destinies will turn out to be alike once I get married."

Wasim remained unavailable for his comment. The leap is expected to take place sometime next week as the new cast has already commenced shooting for the show.
