Would rate it above average. Not out of the world, but not the pits either.

Its a cooking competition, not a cookery show. The other versions of MC do have a master class. But Hell's Kitchen and Top Chef don't. Interesting to see people think on their feet, and cook up a dish based on the ingredients provided. Less drama this week made it more watchable.

Indaian MC also had a masterclass and they gave some good tips. Only thing missing will be I suppose celebrity chef challenge???

@bold: I just cannot fathom the 'entertainment quotient' in people chewing bugs and gulping down rotten entrails. How on earth do these shows get the TRPs😕
