Remember Jyothi's sis who married Pankaj's bro? Well, if they have kids, their marrow may have a better chance of matching too. I hope they are brought in and end this track.

Sriti Jha who is playing Sudha will not come back as she is lead in RS .But Sudha's character can come back .

While Jyoti & Sudha may genetically match, being of same 2 parents, Uday & Pankaj are cousins, so their chances of matching are less. In any case, I don't care - this is a butchered plot, and I don't see a solution to this.

Also, I doubt Sudha, Uday or others will come back - in fact, you'd be lucky to see Brij & Sushma back. I think the story will end w/ the Sisodias.

Rightly said Vrisha...there is no solution to this...either let roshni die or jyoti going back with pankaj and both the options are wrong......I dont know how they are going to end this saga...

With Pankaj saying that he is required only for 15 days from now in Jyoti...it is not possible that jyoti goes back...

And plus there is only month left for jyoti....and so many plots to reveal...why are not they just moving on from this plot....

I am on the national bone marrow donor system. The way it works is the antigens that our body creates (basically a protein) should be as close as possible to our recipient's. Even for a real sibling, the chances of a perfect match will be a 25% chance. So, even if Jyothi and Pankaj were to have another baby, the chances of a close match will be 1 in 4.

That said, I hope that the Jyothi team that has done a wonderful job of educating the viewers on women's issues also touches upon the issue of marrow donors and blood donation. It is a simple matter of identifying your type and knowing that with such a registry we may be able to save a life somewhere, sometime.

In India, the caste system and keeping it "pure" makes such things possible- finding a close genetic match. That has now been breached. Soon we should have the technology to be able to store a part of our stem cells from our placenta when we are born and then use that to reproduce cells.

In India, it is still a custom to keep a piece of the placenta inside a gold or silver ampule and tied around the waist of the new born on a thread. The ancients knew something that we don't now- could it be? hmmm...

I'm not from the medical field, but even w/ that, I can say that as far as medical issues go, there is nothing that this serial should be credited w/, given all the bloopers it has done from day 1.

For starters, when Sushma had her abortion and lied about her age, nobody in the hospital thought it worth checking on, or contacting her family? Then, few episodes later, they showed the hospital staff trying to move Padma into a special ward when general ward beds were available, and Sachin rescued the day. Fast forward to when Sushma was in hospital after being thrown down by Brij, and the docs started w/ the 'ma ya bachcha' choices to the Sharmas, which they presented to Pankaj later when he kidnapped Roshni.

This plot was the worst. Yeah, leukemea is a health issue, like all cancers, although some, like breast cancer, get highlighted more than others like prostrate or pancreatic cancer. And yeah, there are bone marrow donor banks & all that. In the meantime, on one hand, there is also stem cell research going on - both adult & umbilical, as well as cord blood. In the field of medical ethics, the latter is still a debated issue, but one issue that is pretty much settled is that it's totally unethical to produce a baby just for the sake of using it as an organ donor: for Christ's sake, it's not a car!!!

But the way the serial presented it was no better than 3rd rate serials like KZK or My Sister's Keeper - coming up w/ that bizzare recommendation to produce another baby w/ the same father of the patient. Having a new born baby donate anything - blood, organs, etc is a non-starter in medical ethics: no doc would ever suggest that. Here, a renowned doc does, and other docs associated w/ the story are either crooks, who can be bought off, or incompetant. The only good one I recall was the one who saved Sushma after that accident I mention above.

So no thanks to this serial for 'bringing this issue to light'

Holy crap!!!!! did you all watch today's episode? What's with Jyoti changing her mind every day!!!!!! Why the heck was she smiling and giving bashans about 'himmat' and such if she was eventually going to buckle. With only one month remaining for the serial to end, why are the writers hell bent on making us hate it before it goes off air? I guess I need to kick myself for watching this crappy serial. Poor Kabir, I can sympathise with him. He must be so fed up of Jyoti's rona-dhona that he tells her to 'forget him' and please go bear Pankaj's child🤢🤢🤢🤢

I only feel for the audience who are spending time watching utter stupidity in name of serials... Serial writer have no time or expertise to research an issue than wonder why they spend time building a story line around it.. They should try and copy paste only tackled issues in good movies... Good for nothing Bas*****. Using wonderful channel like media to misguide & misinform people. Wonder they ever care about the impact such stupid story line will have on phyche of uneducated people and small kids..

don't u think, as a "well informed" or let us say "better" informed viewer, it is our duty to educate the creative writers to ensure appropriate research? It is indeed sad that a powerful medium like Television is not being used appropriately when such instances come that can make for a perfectly teachable moment.
