they went on to cut the cake... the red cake which they she had demanded
she blushed & moved close to him, maan stiffened with her closeness
they cut the cake & fed each other.. their eyes met. he noticed
her hair flowed around her shoulders and tumbled down her back in erotic disarray.
The rich red saree, the jewels,her sindoor, her mangalsutar, her tentative smile,
all made her look so pure, the air of innocence still clung to her.
He wondered if it always would. He stood behind her chair until she was seated.
he sat on her right. Her left hand lay on the table, the diamonds in her ring
gleaming in the sparking silver lights. he smiled thinking about her questioning eyes
when he slipped it in her finger & then how she accepted it. like always she accepted
their relation with out any expectations from him. he then noticed she looked stressed.
maan - tum itni pareshan kyun ho

he wondered she was the one who did'nt want to tell any one about their wedding.

maan mumered it really didn't matter what she thought of him or the wedding.
The important thing was that they were married and their child was going to be with
his papa & mama. It was enough. it should have been.
lekin reh reh kar uske kaabil na hone ka khayaal use darra deta.
But he couldn't shake the feeling of inadequacy.

And why did he have to care so much? He should be happy. He didn't want her
getting too emotionally involved with him. She obviously wasn't.
Everything was going his way. In fact it couldn't be better for both of them.

guests started to leave one after the other. Dev, Meera & Daadi were seeing them off

to the car. He opened the car door for her. rano & raji kissed her good buy.
she looked at her mangalsutar held it in her palm. na jaane kaise uljhan se thi mann mein maano phoot phoot ke rone ka ji karta.

maan adjusted her seat belt - I have arranged some one to pick up ur luggage from

geet kept quite & mumered as if he cares, if only he understand what I want

other wise I may not be able to help u.
geet was holding back her tears. she was not able to take his rudeness
it was unlike him to be so cold towards. he moved his hand away from the ignition
& turned to look at her - I am commited to this marriage, I will do any thing
to be a good husband & father, agar tum mujhe bataoghi ki tumhe kya chahiye
then I will do my best to fullfill ur wish

maan - marriage registration is after a month, I have already applied for it.
u will be 51% stake holder of all my bussiness & tomorrow we can go to the bank
and sign few documents, I have made all my accounts joined accounts with you.

maan looked at her deep mosit eyes. she tried to read his expressions..which
was pretty much the same since he had proposed her to marry him.

maan looked away & started the car. she grabbed his wrist.

she looked at him & thought about all the arrangement he had done for their
wedding in less than 24hrs, she felt ashamed & felt horriable that she missjudged him.
he never asked her a single question about the baby, he just blindly believed her
