Before Twilight books and Films were out, There was a 4 part (but now 6 part) Book called Vampire Diaries.

Twilight initially is a copy from there. This serial is also a copy from Vampire Diaries, Where is the main characters life he has already had an encounter with a girl similar/almost identical in looks.

Personally you will see the character is more closer to the one of Vampire diaries then Twilight.

You might wann check out Vampire Diaries episodes online, as this show is aired in the uk. You will understand Abhay's character more. If you wanna really enjoy the concept of this show read the vampire diaries books.

i agree that pyaar ki yeh ek kahaani has some elements of vampire diaries.

veryy true the first day i saw it and i knew it it wa svamp diaryy type as abhay is stafon like wearing black and then sunglasses and then in princis offise argument and everybody watched from outside typeee and T is the competetor of elena in the book my godd it has many resemblance
