It might seem wrong but I think women desire to be mothers, but also desire successful careers as well. They should be able to have both. There is a problem with our social system where starting a family means women need to put their career on hold. Men are also 50% responsible for children. With many places offering paternity leave and benefits, families are being able to share the responsibilities. Many families are putting off having children till they are economically well off too in order to ensure enough money to pay for child care and future school costs.

There are always risks associated with late life pregnancies. Personally, I am in favor of adoption. Not just due to risks, but we need more families adopting and if you want to wait - you can adopt instead of freeze. But as I mentioned earlier, people seem to have a need for "own child"

Am not saying woman cannot work, because I agree that both a father and mother should have equal responsibilty over a child, and if both want to have careers, that's perfectly alright, but I'm just saying that if a couple wants a child sometime in the future, they should not wait too long, because that can cause complications and often times, once a couple gets settled into their career and feels comfortable enough to start a family, it is too late.
Yes, I too agree more people should adopt, but I do not blame people who want their own child, because there is something about carrying a baby within you for nine months and giving birth to him/her that creates a sort of special unbreakable bond between the baby and the parents. I am not saying a couple cannot love an adopted child, because they truly can, but the bond between birth parents/child is something wholly different and not easily replaced.
If a couple wants to wait and adopt a child, that's really great👏, but if a couple wants a child their own, they should not wait too long is my philosophy. Better try when a woman is still able to reproduce, right?

As Indradhanush has already pointed out there are complications associated with delayed pregnancy and also with these artificially induced methods .
There was a case where a lady got impregnated by the sperms of her husband who had died in a war. It had been donated and stored in a sperm bank. Now what if the couple hadnt been married , would the lady still have the rights over the stored embyo or the banked sperms after her partner's death? I can see many legal issues along with ethical ones raised here. (..as an afterthought...these would remain even if they were married )

I agree with not waiting too long. The problem why women end up waiting too long is not completely their choice. In many families the husbands are also unwilling to take on a lot of child care duties. It has been shown that in families where husbands are equally willing to take time off from child care and/or receive paternity benefits have a less tendency to postpone starting a family. I've seen women lose their current positions due to maternity leave. F*LA protects paygrade and job level. But what ends up happening is woman gets moved to the same paygrade and job level but in a dead end department or position where there will be no groW*H.

I tend to agree. I'm not against the choice of conceiving at all. If they want own child, they should conceive at healthy recommended age - it varies from woman to woman. I feel if couples make the choice to wait, then they should consider adoption first. It is not just socially beneficial, but the mother and child do not face health risks either of late pregnancy.

Typically when a person donates sperm or egg - they sign legal paperwork on the nature of donation. It can be to preserve for future spouse or named person. If a man names a woman as someone who can use it, she can use it even if she is married or not. If it was a donation - a future wife or girlfriend can go to the bank and ask for his specific sperm.

We keep reading articles about men's fertility rate decreasing, Y chromosome on way to extinction , male being genetically disposable etc. It would be necessary to develop such a technology to preserve the human race.

scientists have come up with a new theory for why woman live, on average, longer than men: men are more biologically 'disposable'.
The controversial theory, developed by Professor Tom Kirkwood of the University of Newcastle, suggests that the female body is better at carrying out routine maintenance and keeping the body's cells alive.

. For instance, how do we cope up with situations when an infertile daughter uses the eggs of her mother to give birth to her own half brother or sister? How would we answer a daughter who questions why she was left frozen as an embryo for decades? It is difficult to evade such ethical and religious questions.

Please do share your opinion regarding this issue.

See, the infertile daughter would feel better to have her own child somehow rather than not have a child at all wouldn't she?
About the question about someone asking a question on why she was left frozen, think of all those embryos who don't live to come and ask questions.
I think it is one's personal choice. If you ask me, I wouldn't go for all this. I would prefer to adopt an orphan who is already in this world. I would feel better giving a child a home, family and education.

However here's a humorous slide presentation on why females outlive men 😆
