Is it really possible?i mean,when you make a mistake,isn't it mandatory or good manners to apologise....the apology should be from the heart... that is another matter....

Nothing is mandatory but its always best to say you are sorry when you mean it !
if you are really sorry,but think that,a sorry wouldn't matter or change things...then what?

... you can never be too sure whether it would matter or not, so just say it ....and

stop making excuses 😆

i personally don't have this habit,for i think that the other person already knows how i feel?

What makes you think that the other person can read your mind ? Can you always read other people's mind? At best one can only guess but never be too sure !

When in doubt and so much confusion what is the harm in saying one little word "sorry" !!!

Is it that difficult ? If the answer is yes, .... then its all the more important that you say sorry when you are !

Its possible that the othe person does understand you quite well and it may not be necessary to express your regrets in words ... however , I think one must express it in some way atleast , if not in words then in action ! But its so much easier to say sorry instead of going on trying to prove that you do regret your action . Besdes, even if the other person understands you well enough it is still possible that s/he may at times miss the cues and misunderstand things, so why take a chance ! Its such a small word, easy to pronounce , and quite effective in clearing misunderstandings :)
