well maan ki dagagiri toh chalni hi hai coz whatever he does he does it for geet's benefit earlier also first time when he met geet he gave her lesson that she should not depend on her brothers and family only and his teekha teekha kadwa sach ne geet ko fighter banee ke liye takat di.and maan's ke sath se hi woh aise kadwee situations se handle karne ki adat ho gayi hai.become strong character and as she said in one episode when maan had accident "app ka sirf khada rehna cahe chup hi kyn na ho mujhain himmat deti hai"so maan ki yeh dadagiri is bar to geet ko prove karne mai full on kam aegi and hope they unite after that
