Honestly Kools if someone insults your husband and you taken offence, what is the one emotion you willd efo display - ANGER. Did she look angry to you at any point of time - at her house when she received the news, or at IG's house when she face the person who had brought about the humiliation, or in her own bedroom when she walked in - she did not look angry as she should have. she looked contemplative. the entire time she looked contemplative. to me it looked like she was trying to break the news in such a manner that would garner his sympathy and support for her family's actions. does a defiant person behave that way? when she told him she turned her back to him. why? why was she looking so guilty? should she not have been looking defiant? if she truly meant what she said about not going where her husband was not welcome - that affront would have shown on her face from teh mind she heard the news to the minute she delivered it to her husband. For a fearless passionate girl to display contemplation and signs of guilty instead of defiance and anger makes me think that till the moment SS used the reverse psychology she had NO intention of saying or doing what she did rather she was still hoping to talk Krishna into seeing her family's mahjboori and the convention of her attendance at the marriage. It is not what she said but her behaviour before she said it that killed the effect of the declaration for me and made me feel it was pandering. we all know Krishna loves being pandered by her.
