The crew of Saif Ali Khan's forthcoming production 'Agent Vinod' had a tough time shooting in Latvia, thanks to the language barrier.
'It was very difficult to understand their language since not many Latvians speak English. But we had a great team of locals who helped us communicate,' said director Sriram Raghavan.
The team is back in Mumbai after a gruelling, two-month-long schedule in Latvia.
The language problem notwithstanding, Raghavan says it was worth the experience.
'The landscape in Latvia is exceptionally breathtaking. We shot in many different locations across the different cities. We got access to some heritage structures, like old ruins, churches and museums,' he added.
The film also features Saif and his real-life girlfriend Kareena Kapoor.
