Songs that worked only because of star value!!

There are some songs in bollywoood I feel that worked only because of the star presence. For instance when I heard crazy kiya re from Dhoom 2, I was appalled and I hated that song. I did not even know from which movie the song was playing from. But after watching the song, I loved it purely for the way Aishwarya danced. Although I hate the song , I love watching it till date for the dance moves.

Do you guys know any other songs that you feel worked purely based on star presence?

dnt agree...... RNBDJ songs wr amazing with awesome lyrics n music !!!! 😛 it could hav been hit without featuring SRK !!!! 😛

And i dun think songs wrk coz of star value.... !!! Music is an independent unit n it works on its own !!! 😛 it fails if it fails to impress ears !!!!

I agree that songs dont work purely based on star value, but there are certain numbers we enjoy watching only because of star presence...Say dard e disco is a horrible song, but bocos of shah rukh we enjoy watching it! Also Ki pagh ghungroo bandh, amitabh was fab in tht...i personally dont like tht song but enjoy watching it becoz of amitabh's funny antics!!

Just the hype around the song coz Sharukh was flaunting his abs made it work.

fyn.... it means SRK dun hav n e odr crappy song than dard-e-disco !!!!! 😆 i mean If his presence made the difference thn all songs hez fearured shud hav been hit.. 😕... star do play a part but its the content (music..lyrics) of the song which sidelines evertythn the stars too !!!!
