What is your fitness regime? I enjoy working out in the gym and besides that I also play sports regularly. I like playing badminton. | |||

How important is it to follow a fitness regime? It's very important especially for people like me who like to be fit and healthy. | |||

What does your diet consist of? I am a complete foodie so I don't restrict myself when it comes to food but yes when I am shooting I try to control my eating. | |||

What according to you is the most enjoyable way of working out and why? Playing sports is definitely the most enjoyable way of working out. Anything from squash to tennis or badminton is good. | |||

How do you manage to take out time to work out in spite of your busy schedule? Yes, I try to manage because it is important to take out time no matter how busy you are. |
Any fitness tips/advice that you would like to share? Workout regularly and control your diet. Also break up your meal ? have five small meals instead of three large ones. This is what I follow too to remain fit. | |||
