Written update October 26 2010

• Episode starts with Kulkarni clan gathered round Pragya. Pragya's telling her dad these guys are complaining about me as if I have done some big gunaa. Her dad gives her one tight slap. No one stops him they all kinda just stare. Pragya's dad says all life neither I nor your mom have done anything bad. So where the heck did you get this bad sanskaar from! He says I'll consider myself without kid, you not related to me from today. Nishi opens shuts his mouth like a blow fish (no sound.) Her dad asks Kulkarni's for forgiveness. Buddha (as in Buddhist Buddha not Buddha as in old man - Nishi's dad has this zen like face) says calm down. Dont make decisions in haste. Aai pipes up and says we cannot separate our children from us no matter what. Pragya's dad says I dont want to listen to anything. I am an army man and I always follow army rules. Mistakes deserve punishment and both she and I will be punished cause I didnt teach her well. Soldier's mistake commanding officer has to pay for and he leaves. P is crying and angry. Mughda irritating says this had to happen. Nishi dont consider yourself responsible for this.
• Aai prays and montage of Pragya's accusations against the Kulkarni's in flashback. Irritating Mughda again tells Aai that dont think much about past. Good thing her father heard her say all this. Buddha says yeah nice guy he trusted us rather than his daughter. Aai - but what about Nishi, his life, he'll think he's responsible for P and father fallout.
• Nishi with Devki hovering over him (really its a small house she is always there) Again Devki says samethings as Mughda. N - how can someone change so fast. D - Things not in our hand. Get ready for interview.
• Pragya fuming - flashback montage of slap and dad's dialog. Abhi take coffee forget past. Abhi says kinda your fault too should have been honest with your folks. P - that middle class family, wont let them go.
• Sanjana, her mom, Giri and Mughda. Sanjana says I am giving the property to you. Mughda protests feebly and then happily says ok as you wish. Giri looks like he's had an extra dose of laxative. Mughda keep papers in safe with all other proofs. They all 3 look slyly at Giri.
• Nishi and Devki mock interview. Says had to leave previous job due to personal differences. Wifey and I separated and then I didnt think appropriate to continue work there. Aai happy seeing them.
• Giri hunting for proofs. Sanjana and mom catch him. He says just looking for place to store my clothes.
• Shree tells family of some ridiculous business opportunity that he's got. Says wont earn much but will work days at business and night at taxi. And once Nishi gets a job I will stop being a cabbie.
• Giri with gang. NB says take your time but dont let them suspect you.
• Nishi gets divorce papers. Mughda snoopy wants to know what it is. Nishi wants to sign. M says dont sign. Aai gives pen. Says expiry date reached. Nishi signs and Aai wants to hand deliver.
