i agree, the thakurs bullied saxena's by wanting the wedding and for the clothes for adharsh etc, but this family (IG) is also a bully.Originally posted by: an_jaani
if prats had any sense she would stop this marriage
never know next IG might tell arushi to break all ties with saxsenas because her father is a criminal
Takurs, takurs, takurs........1OO% agreed they are the winner. Here is the difference between the Sax/Mathur and Takurs.
Takurs have a culture of their own they call royalty (Elizabeth II will disagree with them). They are generally speaking uncouth in their behavior based on society's judgment of what is proper etiquette and what is called boorish. In spite of all that Takurs live life by their own standards and dicatates. They don't shy away from airing their family secrets and personal intimate details in public and loudly in proclamation style. Acc' to them society jayeee tel lene. We are king of our jungle and masters of our castle. Their toys are bandooks and they love that people are afraid of them. The Saxes are their sitting ducks and easy prey. Adarsh as introvert and withdrawn as he appears is the only one who dares to stand up to SS when and if he needs to face him head on.
Sax for all their education are a weaker model of Mathurs. They are afraid to argue, "shant raho" is their motto yet the head of the family barely lives by it. He is always a worry wart and shies away from controversy and confrontation. They are happy about the simple things in life falling into place. They are strict followers of society's reeti-riwaz, kayada-kannon, sanskaar and shareefness. They are educated but struggle to adapt their knowledge and apply it in real life. They scare easily and are puppets easily toyed with by Mathurs and Takurs to meet their whims and fancies. They are scaredy-cats of society. They are afraid to face their own relatives for fear of ridicule. The only person Shamu dares to challenge is Komal. He bullies the one who can't fight back.
Mathurs are much like Saxes except that the head of the family is more daring and say he will stick by his principles come hell or high water. They are as dsyfunctional as the rest of them but are also educated shareef, sanskaari like Saxes.
Mathurs and Takurs are daring enough to face off each other. Mathurs use law as their stick of choice while Takurs are ready to play dirty to get their way with bandooks or blackmail.
Let's see in a three way ring circus who comes out the winner. Takurs by sheer will of their attitude and personalities seem to be the favored one to win the race.
