😆 this argument has been dissected sooo many times naa since 15th July that I no longer care to get into it again. ji u dont need to tell me about law because Ive been studying it for four years and I think I know the basics of it by now😆 There can be no case made if there is no intention to cause harm - called the mens rea. its a fundamental principle in all cases.
tap jaise ulti khopadi phycho ko IPC 306 ka phataka milana hi chahihe....unko support karne wale advocate ka bhi mind fresh hona chahiye....aise bhi advocate duniya me hai....sacche ko bura aur bure ko saccha sabit karte hai...nahi hona chahiye aisa.....garib logonka bahut nuksan ho raha hai.....yes or no karneke liye advocate ko kya chahiye...sirf paise....and u know upar jaate samare saare paise ho saat me leke jaata hai.....😡@bolly007 aare why r u trying 2 make understand those who doesn't want 2. here sum of ppl r saying that Ruchika's case is totally difft from vansh's case & even had misguided sum non-residents of this country!!
and yes she can b prosecuted 4 instiagting the mentally weak & an ex-drug addict whos not fully cured prsn 4 suicide. under IPC 306 its stated that- " if any prsn commits suicide, whosoever abets the commission of such suicide, shall b punished wid imprsionment of either description 4 a term which may extend 2 ten yrs., and shall also b liable 2 fine.
sach bolane ke liye ..sacchai ko support karna padata hai..par aap nahi karogi kyonki aapako sachhai se nafarat hai....pure world ko pata ho gaya hai..Ichcha sacchai ki pratik hai...aur aapko sachchai ki alergi hai....sach bolne se nahin peeche hatenge hum!
even i dont know how veer will end up marrying ichchha...wot if ichchha is also pregnant.??????..n then w this new girl bonding w veer...n tapasya getting pregnant....the show wud b completely ruined n no one will watch such crap....but as of now nothing seems to b going tht way...i have already stopped watching it....we need to see veer ichchha together happily married atleast now...
