okayie.... hm......

acp, abhi and daya are absent for a week because they are attending a series of meetings in delhi. freddy and others are here in the bureau. before leaving acp has asked U to be in charge.... in the absence of the trio wat will u do in order to manage efficiently?

ACP has asked me to handle it,so I'll not mind playing 'boss'. After all our duo is not there too. The rest of them are ok. I can handle them....I'll place myself in Asha's shoes.

hm.... well my option is to take charge in suhaani's shoes. first thing i will do is to send sachin to anger management training. then i will keep freddy as my right hand man. vivek, tasha and kajal will listen to whatever freddy says. i will put mundane cases in sachin's hands, which he and the police will solve. kajal will take charge of phonecalls, paperwork, files updating etc. freddy, vivek and tasha will b reporting to me (suhaani) in cold cases, urgent cases etc. i will manage this way till the trio comes back!

If I am asked to be incharge of CID. Then first thing I will be very excited as well as nervous. Hopefully try best that when trio return they should not say hey bhagwan kiske hawale karke gaye the CID ko.

1st thing i would like to do is i would put in some amount of confidence in freddy tell him that he is the best officer in the department so that at least his efficiency and confidence level increase.

tell sachin to be a bit slow and soft spoken for the time being (at least till the team returns) because i am not used to much of shout and all

tell kajal to co-ordinate between the 2

and report what ever is happening

divide the duty to all officers

Oh god!!!!!!! I'll die if I get to do this type of work in CID. If not then at first I'll type Sachin's Transfer order n send it to DIG Shamsher. After that I'll tell Fredie to take the incharge n give orders to its junior members. I'll send Dr. Sonali for conference if there is no conference then also I'll arrange it n only send Dr. Sonali. After that till d Trio comes back They will say Wah Friedie Kya Kaam Hai waise woh officer kahan hai jise maine incharge diya tha. Mujhe use abhi k abhi suspend karna hai.

( I know actors and charactes differs but what to do the common factor between the two cannot be ignored ) ...
