the last episode of Akhri chunauti is over now. i remember the thrill and excitement here in forum to see the start of this series. now we all are filled with agony and miscalculations. what left after the serie? do you think the series was a huge success? if yes why?

for me it wasn't a success. from the 90 mnts promo to the last scene , the promotion of new soap...the series gives nothing but confusion. all the doubts are still unclear and we have gone through a series made of unanswered mysteries, blasts, confusions etc.

I don't know what to choose, its a combination of options.

From this series I take back,

* PARTS -1,5,7,8

* Vivek and Tasha

* Heart Breaking TRIO moment from PART 8

it waz gud but we all expected it b smethin best than dis...many question are unanwered here...wat abt all otherz in team...lyk tat many questionz....bt sme partz were really gud 2 see enough...

I want to choose that last option too But I have to say it was not Good. It was below-Avg to Avg series which was totally killed by misleading promotion and over hype. But even if the wrong promotion and hype was not there it would still be an average affair at max.

I think it was good overall. Never before CID was challenged to the extent HD put them through. His kidnapping the officers were good and getting our trio in the end was fabulous. In the entire series the last Saturday episode in which he drugs our trio and their acting was mind-blowing.

Very last episode of the series (sunday) was the worst. Story inbetween the story was another downfall. The way they introduced the Don and the last episde potrayed him as a joker than an international DON.

I guess if the last episode was to be good then it would have been a success. Major letdown was the concluding special episode.

I think the promos werent misleading because atleast 4 episodes turned out to be great. Especially the last part of friday's and entire saturday episode were good. It was a good idea to have series but if it werent for the loopholes, I would have loved it to the core. And they should have hired some other actor to play HD and not this guy👎🏼 this guy was not even upto mark and forget about competing with Shivaji Satam Sir and Aditya Srivastav. Tasha and Vivek were given importance in this series and this is a 👍🏼

i choose the last option!the misleading promos did kill the series!!
but only if the ending was something different like, after they shoot H.D, they go to the bureau ,some emotional scenes and Abhi sir and Daya sir tell how they saved themselves or something like that the result would have been a lot different!!

I think the promotion was misleading. I am not only talking about the promo but all the hoarding and hype and articles everything. They hyped up INTERNATIONAL DON, but what did we get? Forget international, this guy was not qualified to be called a Don. He was like roadside tapori who sneeked his way into Paris. The Don in the promo was very polished and we got this sadakchhap joker. They showed Pankaj Tripathi as Don's right hand who was not even in the show.

Akhri Chunauti is not a successful series at all.
Even after the last episode many questions are still remaining unanswered. From the very begining of the series I am telling that making a series from a single plot and consisting of 9 episodes is very difficult, specially at the time when FW is struggling to make a good 1 hour episode. They showed misleading promos which had no connection with the series itself, they showed below average parallel cases. For me it is a complete disaster.

I guess FW had hard time trying to find a better HD.
