A NOTE TO ALL OF YOU!

Friends,

This post is not a comparison, this post is not putting down the KYPH forum and this post is not being biased towards any other forum.

I am writing this because I know there are a lot of people in the KYPH fourm who are open-minded, intelligent, sensitive and thoughtful and want to see this place as a thriving ground for entertaining & lively discussion!

A case in point in the Tumhari Disha forum, which in my ''personal opinion'' is the best one on IF! The discussion are sensible, witty and always / most often related to the serial and that is saying a lot, considering that Tumhari Disha (the serial) is floundering badly these days!

From its very inception last year, till this date, the forum has maintained an amazing degree of consistency and discipline! My entry into IF begun through the TD forum and I was completely bowled over by the thoughts and posts exchanged there!

In my memory, I don't remember a single instance where any personal remarks or comments were passed for any of the forum members. There might have been differences in opinions as they are bound to be, when a plethora of people meet and exchange thoughts, but the clash was always limited and never out of bounds! No doubt the forum thrives beautifully till date and one has to just go there and see how addictive it becomes!

I simply love the KYPH fourm, arre I became a Coolbie because of it and most importantly gained so many friends (not taking name, it will go on endlessly then.....but one name has surely been removed!). Hence for the sake of sanity and for the sake of friendship, let us stop this madness that is going on and just concentrate on the discussions! We might just be virtually linked to each other, but the point is, that WE ARE LINKED TO ONE ANOTHER!

Sorry if I sound overtly sentimental, but this is a very sincere request to all of you, to put aside personal differences and come together as friends! I don't want any of our regulars quitting because of the topics veering from the main serial to personal queries!

I hope there are some of you there who might not think much of me but do understand and reciprocate what I have written.

I second every letter of your post...I have been thinking the same too...And even my entry to the forums is through TD forum and till date, it has been my favorite one...There they only discuss the serial and in the proccess have become best of the buddies...The love, care and concern that flows there is just unprecedented...I have actually posted a similar post to Radz y'day when she was wondering about your whereabouts...I told her that I saw you in the TD forum and also how nice the TD forum is...

We should also do the same thing here...Its not to compare and contrast, but there is no wrong in learning and duplicating from the people who have been there and done it all..I mean TD forum is much senior to KYPH forum and there got to be something that we can learn from them...

Thanks for bringing this forth Chilly...We shall all remember that it is KYPH forum and not some Debate desk.....

well i agree with what you are saying BUT like, i also feel that the fact that we do not agree wuth each others comments etc makes the forum more interresting........if we agreed to what everyone says then this forum would be an extremely boring place!!!! Now if we start the TD forum trend here then their will be no space for ppl like me because i have a habbit of putting up nuisance/sarcastic/funny posts...... i cant write seriously or make serious remarks.....i have to create a joke......i have been born with this habbit!!!

Completely agree with you on this Jots! What I was trying to convey was that while a difference of opinion and general leg-pulling is definitely welcome, let us not get personal, about the serial and about the other members!!!

I for one make pretty nasty / sarcastic comments myself and really enjoy them, so I am not saying that make this forum a place where we are just praising each other and generally patting one another's backs, but even in criticism and voicing a different opinion, let there be a moderation!

Believe me it won't take the fun away, only double it😊my dear Pardesi! Trust your Chilly aunty's word for once!

PS : I am thinking of doing a really good update today to veer the discussions from Dinky's love story to Chilly's Update, who doesn't love praises😳 I am no exception!
