One thing about the sindoor - in this serial, except Sarla chachi, nobody wears it - definitely none of the Savratkar sisters. Which is why Savita bringing out a sindoor for Sandhya was surprising, since even in Sandhya's wedding, there wasn't a sindoor-daan from Yuvraj. Guess it's not there in Marathi marriages?

Also, what was the significance of Sandhya spilling it all and then stamping on it w/ her feet?

Now you're saying it I'm wondering about the sindoor as well. But doesn's chachi wear it? Or am I mistaken... Hmm...
But the purpose of stepping on it is probably to indicate, that it's over. The meaning behind 'wearing' sindoor is vanished? 🤔 I don't know...

Assuming that Yuvraj has lost Sandhya after Gayatri Devi went off w/ her, he either has to start @ square 1, and look for either a blind & deaf girl to marry, or a wh**e. But since he'll probably want DK to do the impregnating, since Neeraj is gone, why not this? Ask DK to impregnate Suni chachi, and then have them declare their baby as that of Yuvraj & Sandhya? DK & Suni chachi can be their real parents & enjoy him being the heir, while on paper, Yuvraj's ego is massaged, since everybody thinks he's the father of the kid.

Think Suni chachi will oppose this, after all she's been through?

😆 sandhya is dead then how can uv say its her baby 😆
one more thing yuvraj not just want a heir he wants to show everyone his wife is pregnant ..so stupid he is...brainless eunuch 😆 even this he could have did sucessfully in many ways 😉

Ah! What a way to end this week! Not only is Sandhya in conscious, but she screamed Neeraj's name out loud ☺️

I'm pretty sure she'll get her eye-sight back, especially when the doctor informed Devi about it 👏

And oh, it's great to see Yuvraj ending in that controlled hospital and inspector Bhosle getting the case regarding Sandhya's "murder". DRAMA!

Cannot wait to Monday! Argh!

One thing that struck me about the serial the way it stands now is that w/ Yuvraj's arrest, Bhosle is now well positioned to solve Shyamrao's murder even if Sandhya & Neeraj never surface:

When Yuvraj is moved from the ward to jail, they'll strip search him, as is customary, and this is what scares both him & now DK. There is no way the Jagirdars will be able to stop this from happening
Once Bhosle knows this, as he's bound to, he would undoubtedly be curious about how the Savratkars agreed to Sandhya's marriage to Yuvraj given this condition. So he'll check w/ Savita, Sakshi et al whether they knew about this condition of Yuvraj's when they agreed to the Jagirdar proposal
Obviously, Savita, Sakshi & the others will say no, which will lead them all to suspect that Shyamrao may have been killed b'cos he stumbled across this truth. A few more questions, like about where were the Jagirdars when the wedding was going on & Shyamrao had left, some questioning of Jayesh, who thought he heard Shyamrao but met Prabha, and the absence of Sunita from the wedding might confirm his suspicions that the Shyamrao may have discovered this secret & confronted the Jagirdars on it
Following this, Bhosle arrests all the Jagirdars and the police question each of them separately. Sunita & Sarla crack, & the police ask DK, Pankaj questions that put them all in a soup. That way, it's revealed that the Jagirdars did this murder.
That way, the Jagirdars go for the murder of Shyamrao, and Yuvraj for the murder of Sandhya

So while the new track will focus on Sandhya's revenge, it seems like the Savratkars can get justice w/ or w/o Sandhya, the way things now stand. So I'm not exactly getting the point of why Sandhya is indispensible in bringing the Jagirdars to justice over her father. Yeah, she is needed to do justice to Neeraj, if he is in fact dead. So far, looks like even Gayatri Devi thinks that.

Am I the only one who's puzzled that a prisoner has to take all the clothes off in order to take the picture?

The scene where Sandhya realizes that she's got her eyesight back was so sweet :)

But is Neeraj dead? Because, honestly, I keep on waiting for every single episode where they mention him. How can they kill him? I mean, from the beginning we've known that he loves her, and when they hugged each other, the director did make it a romantic scene with the music part and Neeraj's hesitation. Am I overanalyzing this?

I honestly can't take it if he's dead, since that's like destroying such a great part of the story...

Can anyone confirm it? Any interviews? Etc.?

In the episode, Gayatri seemed to think Neeraj was killed by DK. No mention about verifying it. Of course, Neeraj couldn't have survived all these days had he not made a soft landing, recovered after some time and then gone from there. I think he's probably alive, but that may be a surprise kept for later. One thing Sandhya could do - insist that Gayatri have him found.

About the prisoner thing, that's pretty routine anywhere - you don't want prisoners to escape from jail impersonating anybody, and in case they do, it's necessary to have as many details on them as possible, which is why the above procedure exists. From the precap, I think that the attempt to get Savita to drop the case failed.

What a weird episode. . . Why dragging it?

I don't get why they're keeping Sandhya in the hospital when she is clearly healthy. On the other hand, why isn't she moved into the house where Devi lives and have a doctor there who can check her up regularly? By then, she'll be more safe.

I don't like the way they're keeping her in the hospital as a prisoner. If Devi wants to get the Jagirdars down, she needs Sandhya with her. But not like this.

Yuvraj is faking it, obviously.

Ugh, I expected something special would happen today

Very disappointed with this episode. Nothing happened, really.

... I think, that I need my portion of Neeraj, otherwise I'm getting more grumpy from day to day 😆

I wouldn't say nothing happened today. In one episode, Jayita are on the verge of losing their house, while Mohan has lost his job. What struck me was how brazen everyone was - Mohan's boss cleanly telling him that he won't get his job back until the case against Yuvraj is withdrawn, and Dipesh-bhai telling Savita the same thing. In the precap to tomorrow's episode, Shreya aggressively tells Prabhavati that these tactics won't work, since the family isn't bound by such paapi items, but by a rakt sambandh. So finally, the serial name is explained.

Somehow, I wish Adi & Sakshi were also there - how come DK hasn't targetted them? And Mohreya don't live in Mumbai - they live in some remote place in Maharashtra, which Neeraj had visited when he first saw Sandhya

Since Shreya is there, I hope she causes an accident w/ Prabhavati. Incidentally, when Yuvraj was faking it, it looked like he had chewing gum in his mouth.

As for Sandhya, looks like Gayatri/Manik are her new enemies, and she'll have to escape them and then conduct a new war against the Jagirdars and Gayatri. One thing Gayatri can do - offer Mohan a job, Jayesh a home and then tell them Sandhya is alive, but to keep the case open, and then let Sandhya talk to them.
