Why didnt Prats

I am little lost here y didnt Prats tell krishna that she tried calling him but the line was busy.Also she did tell to Ganti dadi that she is taking Kesar to the hospital,even GD rang her bell in front of all including krishna that Prats did tell her.If so y did Krishna kept telling how can u go without telling anyone and we all saw amma and SS coming from outside looking at girls for KN when were they in and y did prat says Piyasia lied that amma and babuji have gone out.pls someone clear ....
