Gurmeet-Debina's Goa trip
Gurmeet Choudhary of STAR One's Geet- Hui Sabse Parayi celebrated Debina's birthday party in style in Goa.
Gurmeet speaks, "On 17th morning we had our flight. We had plans to perform for the first time together, Debina and me did that at the 'Miss Goa' contest. There were no rehearsals or technicals and we directly had our performance. It went well and co-incidentally it ended by midnight after the results were announced, so Debina's birthday was brought in perfectly. It started with lots of calls and messages, everyone wishing her many happy returns."
Further he told in the interview that, "Our friends had accompanied us to Goa as well. We had a great time chatting with them and fooling around. I organized a little dinner at the Marriot Casino and it was well organized for us by the hotel staff. It was followed by cake cutting and even though it was simple, it went amazingly and Debina loved it!"
"Later, on the next day we took over Goa and grabbed what it offers best-water sports!!! Debina is a die hard fan so we enjoyed every possible ride. We had too much fun, especially gulping the salty water, spraining our necks and having a peaceful dinner in the shack. I made Debina do some karaoke since it was a theme night that day. She was a little awkward and shy at the beginning but with all the cheering and hooting, she hit it off well . It was a short, two-day trip to Goa but it was lovely and romantic, more so because Debina loved it! We even had our friends come over once we were back home, to celebrate my introductory entry for my new show Geet. So we cut a cake for me and Debina's birthday once again. I'm really happy that I made her feel like a true 'birthday girl' and also because we had our first performance together," concludes Gurmeet.
