Khanak hurting herself in the kitchen and Dadi consoling her could be symbolic....Dad said small cuts are normal while cooking and it could also be said smaall clashes are also normal in families...But we shouldn't let them affect us so much we can't think of anything esle...

This could be symbolic to Shaan and Khanak, as he looked really worried about the cut, before Dadi spoke....It could also be a hint to Khanak to not be afraid to love....As I think she is afraid her happiness will be taken away...She loves and wants to be with Shaan, but her she is still afraid of getting hurt....Dadi will be her comfort and moral support as always....
