Gaurav Khanna bagged lead role in Dil Se Diya Vachan

TellyCafe had recently reported the shift in the time slot of Zee's Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo to 7.30. However, sources believe that the show will not do well with the new time and the channel is planning to pull the show off air with Dil Se Diya Vachan replacing it.

A source informs, "Dil Se Diya Vachan has a different concept and will replace Agle Janam at 7.30. The channel is particularly eyeing that slot though initially there were talks of the 10.30 slot as well. The channel however is keen that Vachan take up the 7.30 pm slot. Vandana Joshi of DID fame has been finalized to play the female lead. Ajay Chaudhary has also been approached for an important role in the show. Though he hasn't confirmed anything to the production house, he will in all probability be a part of the show."

Another source adds, "There have been rumours of Agle Janam getting an extension but now the channel has decided to pull the show off air by November. The production house is aware of the decision and things are likely to be wrapped up by November end."

Chaudhary said, "I have been approached but nothing has been finalized yet."

We sent a text to Sukesh Motwani, Fiction Head of Zee but he did not revert.

Thanks for this thread. The time slot for this show is extremely bad since it will be competing with SGP and SGP is @ No.2 right now and on top of that it is a story about a mother-in-law and daughter-in-law. It looks like a saas-bahu show right now hope they change the story. SGP's story is too good to beat right now considering the fact it is not a saas-bahu show and it has no negative characters. I hope they change the time slot or the story of the show.

I won't be watching the show since I do not watch any show just to see an actor but I watch shows if they have a good story that interests me. The only exception is that I will watch any show for Chandana and that is because I think there is no one better than her. Gaurav all the best. 👍🏼
