Grandparents play an important role in the lives of children. They are the ones who pamper them the most, but are also strict when needed. They try to teach them the ways of life based on their experience. We take a look at some much loved grandparents of the small screen.
| Champaklal Dadaji of Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah Tappu's grandfather Champaklal Gada (Amit Bhatt) in Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah on SAB TV is fun loving, but also strict in certain matters. He loves mingling with Tappu's friends and telling them about his experiences. However if he feels that somebody is doing something wrong he does not think twice before scolding them even if they are grown ups. Dadaji does a lot of charity and also spreads social awareness messages. Dadaji's son Jethalal is scared of his father and prefers not to avoid doing things that irritate him. | |||
