Filmmaker krishna shah seems to be going around Bollywood offering the Indira Gandhi role to all and sundry.

After approaching the likes of Madhuri Dixit, priyanka chopra and kareena kapoor, we hear he even asked vidya balan to reportedly essay the role of India's most dynamic political leader. Of course, Vidya refused.

Her current venture is keeping her well occupied. Vidya has started work on Sujoy (Alladin) Ghosh's new film where she plays a pregnant widow seeking vendetta. Sounds like some Kill Bill idea?

i even doubt if this film will be made this way, i mean what is happening to all the ladies?? don't they want good roles??

or on the other hand, they fear that even if the film will be made, it will be stopped as it was when "aandhi" was released

i know wonder who will play this role, BTW, I dunno much about Indira ji just heard few things like that she was a very tough lady and all

so who in the industry can potray her role??
