The confusion

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------"hey stupid",shilpa greeted muskaan while entering her class,sitting next to her…

"hey",muskaan said smiling…

"oh hello,even im existing",it was ridhima sitting on the other side…

"ridzzzzi heeyyy!!",shilpa said in a sarcastic way…

Trio started laughing…

"SO"shilpa asked…while nudging muskaan

M:"what SO",with a confused look

R:"SO what did mr.rahuuul say",she said while winking at shilpa

M:"aw that…..ermmm nothing..just"

S:"ermmm….nothing….just…I love you"she said while hi-fiveing ridhima…

Both ridhima and shilpa started laughing

M:"helll no!he just said we could hang around sometime,if I liked"

R"AND",she said cocking her eyebrow..

M:"I said ok….like he asked so sweetly…I couldnt' deny"

S:"K K we got it",she said smiling

R:"in simple terms,muskaan is smitten by rahul",she said with twinkle in her eyes

M:"look who's speaking,you know shilpz,ridzi preserved that wrapper of the chocolate,which 'the armaan mallik' gave on his birthday",she said animatedly

S:"like ssly?",

R: "not only his, I kept the wrapper of chocolate you gave on your birthday too", ridhima said…well

"quite a lame attempt to hide, it was so obvious that she likes him", shilpa thought…HIM…

The birthday,

Her mind drifted to a flashback-

A: "its my birthday", he said extending his hand to give his birthday chocolate…

Shilpa had taken it…

S:"hey happy birthday", she was thinking weather to give a hand shake…

He made it easier by keeping aside the chocolates and extending his hand smiling…

The twinkle in his eyes, the smile, his warm hands,his beautiful face,the closeness…

Wait what are you thinking shilpa? Her mind questioned her…

'you are not supposed to think that way…not after knowing that your best friend is crazy about him'…

She snapped out of the flashback

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------FEW days later-

Shilpa and muskaan where standing in the college corridor

S:"you know armaan,he…asked my number yesterday",she was looking down…

M;"well, actually he thinks you are cute"

S:"he thinks so?",shilpa shot her head up..

M:"actually he had told me once,remember the day you had that big pimple on your nose",she was smiling

S"ugghhh that stupid pimple,yeah I remember that day"

M:"he had asked me what happened to your face,then he said you still look cute"

She continued"actually I wanted to tell you earlier,but if I tell in front of ridz,she'll be pissed"

S:"you…you.re bluffing",she said turning away, showing her face to muskaan was dangerous at this moment, cause she could read her face..

M:"hey",she said while placing her hand on shilpa's sholder..

M:"its not your fault,if you like him"

S:"i…..i don't….i don't like him",she said her cheeks radiating red

M:"oh really,then why are you not showing your face to me now"

suddenly"Yeah shilpz,why are you not showing your face",it was ridhima

S:"RIDZZ …I dint see you…when did you come",she s**tttered

R:"muski shilpzz,CHILL…why are you two acting weird",ridhima looked confused

*ting!ting!*

The college bell rang

R:"sheesh!come or else,miss lucy eat us up",she pulled muskaan and shilpa with her inside the classroom

Shilpa couldn stop looking at armaan as he entered the class…

he went and sat next to sidhant…in the next row…in such a place where shilpa could gaze at him,without any distraction…

'hell snap out of it shilpa'..shilpa thought,shifting her focus from armaan
