An addiction so powerful

Time stopped for me the day BP ended...for some this sentence may seem too dramatic...but i assure you that it isnt....time stopped for me becoz everything in life is a routine...going to office; coming back home; doing house chores and weekends going with friends to the same malls in the city...all this is a routine that is engrained into my life and BP was the one thing that brought a change in it ...and the day it stopped, my life became monotonous and so time stopped for me from that day onwards

BP for me will always stay special no matter how many serials i see now or in the future for only one reason....DV......there are many shows and many TV channels to choose from and yet DV was the one character which captivated my heart like no other.......Mainly boz DV's love was his own...he chose his love path..in the beginning he lusted for Amoli and then as he pursued her ; he became emotionally involved with her and finally loved her to the extent that no one could....and all this was HIS choice .....

the reason i emphasize this point so much is bcoz in every other serial ; there are forced marriages and hero and herione not willing to fall in love...but "fate" conspires and brings them together.."fate" also shows the good qualities and makes them fall in love...now this to me is not love....when your with a person long enough your bound to find something good in him/her and eventually you will fall in love with them....i am sure most indian marriages work on this concept...

Not so in DV's case...For Amoli whom he lusted and later loved willingly by his own choice and went to all extent to get her....so much so that he bent everyone else including his mom to his will....whereas in the other shows its the opposite way around!!!!!!!!!!!..........once you understand this ; you know why DV and BP is so special to me

Many may see DVians as crazy ppl who are addicted to a character...but i would say to them.....

Life without addiction is a life devoid of emotion.....after-all it is feelings that separate human from mere animals ......

Everyone is addicted to someone or something in life........... and i am not only happy but PROUD to say that DV is my addiction.......an addiction so powerful that it is ingrained into my very heart and soul

@Kirtik-- Wow what a powerful post you have so eloquently written. I feel the same exact way as you just right now. Life as well ended for me too on Sept. 3 when BP ended. BP and DV were our obession and addiction. This still has a hold on me and cannot let go.
