Hi Guys,
So today my speculation has gotten even more strong. The creatives gave us a hint about Ananya's death in the future. She was taking pills and said she can't get pregnant again or she might die. Why on Earth would that matter if it was of no relevance? Why would she need to die in the serial? Why Ananya out of everybody else?
The creatives gave us one more hint in today's episode : Nupur will run away to New York for her modeling assignment, leaving Anurag all alone (Just like AAINA where Amrita Singh leaves Jackie Shroff on their wedding day and he later marries Juhi Chawla)
So this is what I think will happen:
-Nupur will leave Anurag at the last moment just like in AAINA
-Sushant will voluntarily sacrifice his marriage to Tani so she can go back to Anurag
-Tani's marriage will be fixed to Anurag
Notice that after Nupur and Sushant leave their lives, there will be no "obstacle" between anybody and the only person capable of destroying their lives is Ritesh Basu (in yesterday's episode, he even swore to do that)
-So next, Ananya will die
-Maybe Ritesh's truth will get exposed and after that, he will compel Tani to marry him by blackmailing her that he would destroy the Ganguly family if she doesn't...so I strongly think now that Tani WILL marry Ritesh Basu for some or the other reason, sooner or later after Ananya dies
Hence, the name TANI BASU we saw in the first episode!!!!!
I know everyone, including me hates Ritesh and don't want this to happen..but what do you think of my speculation, especially after today's dramatic episode? Isn't this possible?
Remember it's an Ekta soap! And the guy playing Ritesh's character is one of Ekta's favorites because we've seen him in many of her soaps...so she could be planning to give him a major negative role to play, which has limited scope as Ananya's husband but extensive scope as Tani's husband

Edit (Jan 12,2010) : Guys, my prediction has almost come true as we saw Ritesh proposing Taani in today's episode!!! So the surname was never a blooper!
