Isn't it strange that Simran has succeeded in saving all her patients in a critical condition,but for Anandi and Neha? I guess even Astitva needed this coincidence for the twists in the story and some drama!😉

Very good update sree.

I feel bad for Astha. How tough it must be for kids who come to know about their parentage in such a way.

I think Sia handled it much better. Though it is always tough.
