Prem (Harshad Chopra) and Heer's (Aditi Gupta) love story Kis Desh Mein Hai Mera Dil is remembered long after the show ended. The duo was one of the most popular jodis on TV. Prem and Heer faced various trials and tribulations but were ultimately united at the end of the show.

I don't know if there will ever be an exact sequel with all the cast returning but I for one just want to see Harshad and Additi back together in a new serial.
