I don't know. I just get horrified at times and wake up with a jerk. After that I need five minutes to calm down before I go back to sleep, fearing to view something like that again. 😆

Thanks for providing me with the link.

I kinda well, don't believe in all this. You know, after-life and all. Maybe there's a simple reason behind jerks and terror - not enough sleep before or too much work. 🤔
