This show will only make sense if-

Aham takes a stand and does not accept Gopi. Koki knowing her son's wishes too well and also being aware of Gopi's golden heart, helps Gopi to be smart and get get basic education, to learn not to be taken for a ride by people like Rashi/Kinjal and still not lose her loving nature. If after this the pair falls in love, it would be acceptable. These days only being nice is not enough, you need to be a good package and men are turned on by beauty and smartnes but they fall in love with simplicity.

I may disagree with u in some points,,I would love to see aham falling in love with gopi for what she is and after that he should be the one who teaches gopi to read and write and be educated,,,in this way the title will also be satisfied "Saath Nibhana Saathiya",,,

i just want to add some points, ahem and gopi both r totally opposite from each other in almost every respect and got married, but the fact is that both r perfect 4 each other and only koki knows this.........

they just need to understand each other, give some time to their relationship, and avoid each others mistakes then only they can live happily ever after

the good news is that gopi understand this n now even ahem is also behaving like a caring husband, the speed of their love is definitely slow but not pause, give them some time to know each other........

not only Aham every person in reality also....if they fall in love with the other one it should be for what they ARE not for What they want them to be......
coz every one on this earth is perfect and imperfect in their own way....and Love is Something that makes u feel best only when u accept ur Live as it is instead of putting condition to be or not to be.........

same here in GoHam case...Aham should accept Gopi de to her innocence and caring nature and then he should groom her (not change her...) .....
so that she will remain teh same innocent and naive Gopi also educated......

If the serial goes on a positive note rather than showing Rashi weak in character and still winning, it is going to be a hit with urban and suburban crowds. Anyways this serial is different in a way that here Saas knows the goodie stuff in her bahu and is always on her side.

I agree somewhat with what you say....Being nice is not enough....Eventually love will definitely Blossom between Aham and gopi thats for sure but how...CVs need to make it convinsing...
As for aham,he loved( still loves?) a smart ,educated urban girl and wanted her to be his wife but for his mother he married Gopi who is totally opposite of what she was so its really difficult for him to accept it....it will take time but seriously however nice at heart she is she is not Aham types...there should be respect for each other in a marraige...its gopi's responsibility to saath nibhana....she need to learn reading and writing....what will a man feel if his wife cannot send him a proper file...she seriously needs to be smart
