Does Rups feel unloved?

In today's ranting that Rups did in front of Baji one sentence struck me...Rups said no one loves her...Baji seemed surprised by that sentence for obvious reasons...to him Rups is Dutta's pampered kid sister. Maybe everyone esp Dutta has been so busy with his own lofe and bitterness that he failed to give Rups that personal touch despite being around physically. Maybe thats why she crossed over to Kala's side...becuz she felt looked after by Kala and wanted Kala's approval too. But now with Dutta feeling at peace in life his attention is back to his sisters too which is heart warming.

To me Roop seems to be an emotionally needy young woman who still considers herself the kid of the house & refuses to grow up.Being youngest she may have been a tag along sis to the older kids & unfortunately is still at it. Gangster or not brothers do move away from family at some point in their life mainly to study out of town or get busy in their work life. So in that way Dutta hadn't shut himself or cut off his sisters from himself. He simply was busy making life comfortable for his family as is natural for most boys his age. The sisters too got married and settled into their own lives. Roop should also have done something similar and got on with her life.Besides in her case,Roop is lucky because none of her siblings actually left home. They all still live under the same roof and are very accessible to each other.I can't remember when Dutta was shown as being distant & uncommunicative with his sisters.In the very first entries of the trio after Dutta returns home an entire episode was dedicated to portray the siblings love for each other.Even if it was fake on the sisters side,it was nothing but genuine care & love from Dutta.He has always been very expressive in his words & gestures towards his sisters.Its not coreect to put part blame on Dutta's doorstep for this flaw in nature of Roop.Roop is simply craving attention and Kala made use of her sister's weakness. Roop should grow up. Sensibly she is already on that road.

I hope rups will be married to Baji and wins his trust.once kala is back to home ,trio might set trap for naku using rups & baji..

Ksh, I too had this question that what made Roops all of a sudden think about Dutta's love? And today when she was rambling that no one cares about her ... it was quite visible that she was missing Kala's physical presence and Dutta's long lost attention. The way she said that "does it matters to anybody what I do, did I live or die or if I drink?" ... clearly meant that she was feeling so guilty of her actions that she felt when she chose the wrong path shown by Kala did Kala, Leela or AS think/consider about her? Where was Dutta who always use to take care of her as a kid? Everyone was worried about themselves. Nobody thought about her.

Being the youngest, she had the attention of family, but with Seema's betrayal Dutta was a changed man. He was no more her loving bhau who would talk to her and see to it that she gets what she desired for. Though Dutta's only focus then was to provide the best things to his sisters, but he became less communicative. That was the phase when she was taught to drink and use her brother. And thinking about this phase Roops feels that everybody stopped loving her.

Now when she tried to stop Kala, she shrugged her off. Even Leela asked her to accept circumstances with out questioning. But she is unable to cop up and the only resort she finds is the love and attention of her bhau. Again she is not able to cop up with this, because she thinks that she does not deserves it anymore since she was partying with scheming and plotting against him.

So it is her guilt that makes her feel she is not loved or in other words she is not supposed to be loved.
