Only the Govt public prosecutor stands for the Govt.Does Mallika file a civil suit? Against whom? Jessica or Jassi?Only in a civil suit a plaintiff can hire a lawyer.In a murder case Govt is the plaintiff.TD are leading us down the garden path.

Mallika hiring lawyer !!!! Oh please, this is State vs Jessica Bedi case and not Mallika Seth Vs Jessica Bedi trial.
So Mallika's high profile public posecuter is none other than Aman Verma and Jassi's lawyer is Hema Malini.
