What's with this bespectacled look?

The last couple of time a bespectacled look made news, it was when SRK wore glasses in 'Baazigar' and Aftab Shivdasani followed suit in 'Kasoor'. Incidentally both the actors delivered a knockout performance in the respective flicks.

Come April and it should be a bespectacled outing for Aftab [again] and Emraan Hashmi when their 'Ankahee' and 'Gangster' release. Call it a coincidence but both the movies come from the house of Bhatts. While 'Ankahee' is a Vikram Bhatt directed flick where Aftab plays the character of Vikram himself in the autobiographic film, 'Gangster', as everyone knows by now, is a Mukesh Bhatt film with Emraan Hashmi playing a mature'n'sober man in love who encounters a 'gangster' [Shiney Ahuja].

Is it going to be yet another case of smashing performances from Aftab and Emraan? With the 'look' of things, it certainly seems so!
