What Constitutes As Infidelity?

With the recent, drastically changed track there's been a lot of comments on infidelity, adultery and EMA in DMG. One of the past episodes was supposed to show some scenes between AR that were later edited to a certain extent. SR and ArSh fans got happy that yay they won, and nothing was shown, whilst AR fans got sad. Anyhow people seem to think that nothing happened, and so now the current track is not showing any infidelity.

My question is that what exactly constitutes as infidelity? Is it only the physical act? What about the thoughts and intentions of the people involved? I mean even though AR "appeared" to not go that far in that scene, but everything in this track screams infidelity (at least to me). Riddhima keeps thinking of Armaan, keeps getting affected by him, and can barely stop herself when she's around him. For me the most important part is the constant thinking and getting affected. Isn't that betraying Sid and her marriage? Doesn't that constitute as infidelity? And in a way aren't AR having an affair, which yes doesn't consist of a sexual part but the other components are all there. Both can't stop thinking about each other, keep getting affected by each other...are in love with each other? Armaan is, and Riddhima seems to be or wait is she confused again? Anyways these two even have secret meetings.

Say what you want and yes they may not have shown some scenes, but to me this is all EMA and infidelity.

Ridz thinks about armaan after getting married twice that too on their HM..getting affected by Ex...this is really pathetic.

Ridhima n her Ex didnt went too far but infidelity is still going on like having secret meetings, armaan sending sid somewhere n stares on his soul brothers wife while sleeping..This is all EMA.

Which definitely nobody wants to see...Especially a SICK love triangle

I'll echo the lines I said in a topic few days ago: According to me Riddhima has been committing adultery long before those moments she shared with Armaan in yesterday's episode. I say this because infidelity is not only committed through physical relationship, it can be committed through eyes, feelings, thoughts ect basically having feelings for another man while being married. And if we go by the later definition then Riddhima has been committing infidelity ever since she got married to Sid.

Anyways I fail to understand the character of Riddhima!

On the other hand we have Armaan asking the question which Riddhima has been running away from ever since she put that mangalsutra around her neck. "Riddhima why don't you admit that you still love me, who are you fooling"!

Agree Seert. I think more than anything Ridhimma is emotionally cheating Sid which according to me is the lowest of all of betrayal.

okay i dont know, what youre trying to imply here. whether you are saying AR are having an EMA, cos tht just proves tht they love each other. and i dont think you will clarify on tht stand or you will? i dont know. but i agree with you on this one.
ppl always tend to get hyper when they get physically close and back to normal when they are far apart but still thinking bout each other.
Straight from when the lonavla track when they got close there was a cry of EMA in the forum, thn subsidized as they were physically apart but were still thinking of each other reasoning too hard of it being guilt and blah blah.
This is what i have been saying for the past idk how many months, its just not the physical proximity tht matters, it matters where the heart lies and with the emotional proximity. If you put it that way riddhima has never been honest to her husband anyways. The only thing i can see out of this is riddhima confronting her feelings to herself to armaan and most imp to sid whom i dont know has been playing dumb throughout all this.
I mean who would leave his sleeping wife to a man he knows loves her and cordially goto get breakfast? LOL
am sure there is more to sid thn meets the eye, cos if not thn sid out rightly will portray himself as an innocent dumb character.

good topic seert, but my thoughts are really scattered ATM. I'm personally dead against the institution of marriage, so as and when I do argue, the basis of my arguement will not be marriage but commitment itself.
