Dev feels bad about what he did to Geet... But he is not in love with Geet, so there is no necessity for Maan to unite them... He still loves Naintara... He feels he has done a sin in his life and about forgiving him or not, its Geet's decision... So there is no need to think about uniting Geet and Dev...

Don't get me wrong. I completely agree that he was in the wrong. He knew what he was doing. I never said it would be easy to forgive him. Just wondering if there is a possibility of redemption for him.

As for him just wanting to not get in trouble with Maan, I don't know if I completely agree with that line of thought. He seems to finally be "manning up." I may be completely wrong. Who knows.

Would there be anything he could do to redeem himself in the viewer's eyes?

I think he should say sorry to Geet then Maan, where does Maan come in the picture yaar...But if he does tell the truth to maan many problems will be solved...
